Contact us

Email support@stutterflow.com and we’ll reply as soon as we can. Please include your device model, iOS version, which headphones you use (wired or Bluetooth), and a short description of what happened — a screenshot helps if something looks wrong.

Headphones and the delay effect

Delayed auditory feedback needs headphones: the app plays your voice back with a short delay, and without headphones the microphone would pick up the playback.

Wired headphones (or EarPods with a Lightning/USB-C connector) work best. Bluetooth headphones add 150–300 ms of their own latency on top of the delay you set, which blurs the effect — if the feedback feels off or “doubled”, try a wired pair first.

If you hear nothing at all, check that StutterFlow has microphone access: iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Microphone → StutterFlow.

Your voice and your data

Your voice is processed live on the device and never recorded, stored or uploaded. There is no account and no sign-in; practice settings and progress live only on your iPhone.

To erase everything, use “Delete all data” in the app’s Settings, or simply delete the app — both remove all locally stored data.

Subscriptions and refunds

StutterFlow Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed by Apple. Manage or cancel the subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions.

Refunds are handled by Apple: request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, restore your purchase from the Pro tab (“Restore purchases”).

Not medical advice

StutterFlow is a practice tool, not a substitute for professional speech-language therapy. See our medical disclaimer for details, and consider working with a qualified speech-language pathologist.
