What StutterFlow is — and is not
StutterFlow is an educational resource and a practice tool for people who stutter. It is not medical care, not a medical device, and not a substitute for assessment or therapy from a qualified speech-language pathologist. See our medical disclaimer.
The app and purchases
The app is free to download and use. An optional pro tier unlocks additional practice content.
All purchases are made through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s standard licensed-application end-user licence agreement and Apple’s terms. Billing, any renewals and refunds are handled by Apple — refund requests go through Apple, not through us.
Acceptable use
StutterFlow is for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, reverse-engineer the app, or copy and redistribute the content beyond normal personal use and fair quotation with attribution.
Intellectual property
The StutterFlow name, app, design and original written content are owned by StutterFlow. Third-party sources we cite remain the property of their respective owners and are referenced for educational purposes.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The site and app are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, StutterFlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the site or app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
